CCX5 callers getting engaged tone

Hi,

An ICD application is giving intermittent engaged tone to callers. What can cause this? Can anyone offer help on how to check logs?

You can actually run the trace from your editor and trace the application/script that should give you at what point and where its happening.

Thanks Baseer. It doesn't happen all the time so debugging the script is not really an option.

How do I monitor alarms?
