CD_INVALID in CalledPartyDisposition (ICM 6.0)

We have just one question about our ICM 6.0 deployment.

Does anybody know what the CD_INVALID value means in the CalledPartyDisposition parameter?

Hi Carlos,

you could safely ignore it, this is the value of the disposition of called party and it might be a 0 or invalid in the event of an outbound call by example.

We are getting this error for ACD inbound calls also.

Hi Carlos,

it is not an error, you simply miss or get an invalid calleddispositionparty information from the ACD, is the call failing? If so please attach a snippet of PIM/OPC/CTIOS with tracing and will take a look for the reason of the failure.
