We are using CEM 5.0 with IPCC 7.1. We need to edit the system generated auto reply message. When a customer sends a mail to customerservice the CEM generate a reply message including the following two line:
"Please include the following line in all replies.
Tracking number: *******_****** "
We need to remove the first line.
Kindly guide us to do the same.

This change needs to be made in the rserver.cfg file. I would make a copy of the file before changing it and plan a downtime for this change.
Here's a tip -

Check instance_mailtrack.properties under drive letter:\\Cisco\E-mail Manager\bin
For mailserverreplymailcmdhdlr.PKTRACKLINE=Please include the following line in all replies.\r\n
I would keep a copy of the file before changing it and plan this change in a maintenance window.
