CEM & ICM Integrated - No CEM Agent Stats

Integrated environment.

Issue have is that I cannot see real time agent information in ICM for the email agents. I can see voice information okay.

The CEM agent logs in fine, but is not shown in opctest/procmon/webview for the email media, but is shown when the same agent logs onto IPCC (voice) peripheral.

Ive set the primary and backup CTI address in PG explorer. Agent distribution okay (otherwise I wouldnt see voice agents right?)

The CTI server runs on the Agent (voice PG), with a separate MR PG with the CeM PIM - thats okay right ?

Any other clues ????

Don't have an answer but am going through a similar thing right now. I'll let you know what I discover. Meanwhile you might like to take a look at my post on MR PGs. Sort of wierd behaviour I'm observing.
