Changing CallManager Address

Hi,

I have a CRS system configured to a CM system.

Now I need to change the IP address of the CRS system, and have it connect to another CM system.

I can change the IP address and the CM ip address in CRS using the Servicibility tool, but how do I log in ?

The CRS server still tries to authenticate against the old CM server.

(Or the new CM server using the old AXL username / password)

Any ideas ?

Re: Changing CallManager Address

I managed to do what I intended, by deleting the XML file under

C:\Program Files\wfavvid\ClusterData\default\com.cisco.crs.cluster.config.AppAdminSetupConfig

This allowed me to login as Administrator / ciscocisco and do the setup again, while still retaining the original license.

Is this documented anywhere ?

It is for 4.x where it mentions modifying the app.properties file (or something like that)

but I cant seem to find a document for Ver 5
