Changing from desktop monitoring to SPAN port monitoring
I have a problem with recording calls on IPCC 4.5 with two configured NICs, so it was decided to switch it to SPAN port monitoring. Could someone please help me out how this is done? Except configuring SPAN port on the switch, where do I have to tell IPCC to change the mode of monitoring? Phones are 7940s.
In this way of monitoring, is it possible to have the phones stuck into the switch rather than the PC port on the phone?
