Changing jtpai provider

I change to one of the subscribers and click update. It comes up asking for the callManager credentials. I put in ccmadministrator and the password. It then pops up with a window saying "Enter a valid Cisco CallManager Hostname or IP Address" It says this every time. However, if I put in the publisher or one of the subscribers and the changes takes even though the window indicates that it is invalid. However, when putting in the other subscriber the same window comes up but the change doesn't take.

SQL Replication is ok on the CallManager as well as DC Directory.

CUCM version is 4.2

IPCCX version is 4.0(4)

Is the CTI Manager service running on the sub that is throwing the error?
