Hi There. Twice now we have changed the time on our IPCC servers (x2) and CallManagers (x2) and when we do this, all incoming calls that are supposed to go to our IPCC greeting script get a busy signal. It appears that all the ports are registered and working in IPCC and callmanager but we are unable to receive calls. In addition, our agents cannot login to the queues. If I restart the CRS Engine on both servers it resolves this issue. I don't see any errors in our Event Logs regarding this trouble. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, is there a patch or solution for it?
