I need to find out how many agent licenses are in use. I have 35 agent licenses but I need to know if we are using all of them. I need to know if there is a way to track the most agents logged in at once.

Seeing as I have been digging around so many place sni CAD i shouldn't lately. C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin\ShowLicenseUsage.exe

This will show you your current usage in all catagories.

This is possible for express or enterprise!!!
