Choppy voice when played back from the Quality Management Desktop

hi

when i try to playback from the quality management desktop or archive the recorded file. the playback of the file is choppy and is not proper.

any one has experienced this before.

any ideas appreciated..

Two possible issues here: You could be trying to record in G.722 and versions earlier than 2.6 couldn't do it.

There is a known bug in QM that required an SR to be applied to fix it.

As a general rule I always force my phoens to be G.711 or G.729 and always install the latest SR.
