Cisco 7961 Phones automatically reset with encrypted profile



Our customer has a CUCM cluster and since a few days ago they are experiencing automatically reboots of their 7961 phones if they have a secure profile set.

If we set the profile to an unsecure one, phones work fine.

They also have a lot of 7911 phones with a secure profile, and these phones don´t automatically reboots.


We found these logs about the reboots:
