Do the CAD and CSD have price??.. or both can be downloaded by Cisco.com

CAD and CSD are downloaded from the CRS server, not CCO

Just for clarity here, since this forum is for both products: CAD and CSD are downloaded from the CAD server.

In UCCX, this is the CRS server; in UCCE, this is almost always the Agent PG.
