Cisco Agent Desktop Application Logged out With error 50003

Dear Team,

We have UCCE 8.5 deployed with CUCM 8.5.

We have a problem : Some agent logout Suddenly with error  50003

they have to login again to resolve this issue.

Does any one as already seen this kind of error?

How and where can I see the source of this logout result?

Cisco Agent Desktop Application Logged out With error 50003

  • This happens typically when phone goes out of service. In order to confirm that you need to take a look at the JGW logs.
  • If there any network issues between PG and CM. If the was not with all the phones, this may not be the reason

50003 Agent was logged out because the Unified CM reported the device out of service.Please find the below link:-
