We have UCCX 4.5 and now we want to install Cisco Agent Desktop to agents' PCs (running Windows XP SP2). For some PCs, the installation is OK, but for some others, the installation failed just after the Location step.
Could anyone explain the problem and show me what I need for a successful installation?
Do you have IE 7.0 installed on those machines ? I had the same problem and it was related to this issue , had to uninstall IE7 and only then i could install the Agent Desktop , afterwards you can reinstall IE7 again.This gave no problem.
