Cisco Agent Desktop

Hi

Could someone help me, please.:)

problem is related to CAD, in Desktop Administrator, i config it to be STEALTH

but after call is dropped, it goes out to task bar, like is minimised(not stealth)

And when next call arrives it's going to focus, right in front of my face.

Now, is it somehow connected what is config for Agent to be AUTOMATIC AVAILABLE in CRS AdminWebpage,

What should i look,

any hints

If you have upgraded Cisco CRA to release 3.1(2), you must upgrade the Cisco Agent Desktop to release 4.5.1.5

I have CRA 4.0.(1)

And CAD 6.1

I have IPCC X 4.0(4) with CAD 6.1(3) it is also broke in the release -jason

This issue is due to a bug which is going to be fixed in version 4.0.5. The bug ID is CSCsd81370. Unfortunately there is no work-around for it.

By the way, did you write about this issue to cco case study, i believe i saw your problem over there!!

And my coleagues and me have founded workaround
