cisco agent e-mail, cant view incomming e-mails

Hello, i have UCCX 7.0 Premium,

i've configured agent e-mail service,

i have a e-mail bar in a CAD, i can see incomming e-mails (in-progress state), but i cant view them,i click on them, but the is no action

in logs i didn't find, maybe i am no there finding?

can anyone help?

Did you get the workflow all configured for emails.?
