Cisco Attendant Console w/ CUCM 7.0(1)

Dear all,

I found the following in Cisco Documentation : Cisco does not support the Cisco Unified Communications Manager Attendant Console with new installations of Cisco Unified Communications Manager 7.0(1).

What is the alternative for that?

What can I use if I want to have an attendant console?

Yes, you can purchase Unified Department Attendant Console Description

Supports up to 150 directory names and 2 consoles (operator clients) per department. Maximum number of departments is 5. PC Server required.

or

Unified Business Attendant Console Description

Supports up to 500 directory names and 2 consoles (operator clients).

or

Arc Enterprise Solution Plus Description

Supports up to 100,000 directory names and 100 consoles (operator clients).

I hope this helps

What you read was correct, but if you upgrade to 7.0(1) from an earlier version your previous AC will still work.
