Cisco b-acd Timer to transfer call to operator

Hi All.

I have app-b-acd-aa-3.0.0.2.tcl on ISR 2911.

How can I reduce the timer after the options menu prompt is played to transfer the call to the operator If the user has not chosen any option? Currently this time is 20 seconds and I want to reduce it to 5 seconds.

Best regard,

DC

Hi,

newer IOS versions contain B-ACD, there's no need to upload the script.

Unfortunately, I cannot see this as a configuration option.

Is the en_bacd_welcome.au prompt a custom prompt? I assume it is. Is there a pause at the end?

G.

Yes, en_bacd_welcome.au is a custom prompt. This is the first prompt to get played, then the en_bacd_options_menu.au. neither have pause at the end.
