Cisco b-acd transfer the call to the operator

Hello.

I have cme-b-acd-2.1.2.3 installed on ISR 2921.

How can I do that would play the file after the en_bacd_options_menu.au call was transferred immediately to the operator?

If the user has not chosen any one option

Best regard,

Slava

Can you better describe your problem? It is difficult to understand what do you mean.

Re: Cisco b-acd transfer the call to the operator

I guess you want the drop-through option.
Configure an aa-hunt and configure the drop through option with that number.
Also, add a drop through prompt.

I want configure b-acd with options.

Incomig call on number:

1. Play welcome promt

2. Play menu promt, and user chose options

3. If user not chose options, call transfer to hunt group.

Now:

1.Play welcome promt

2. Play menu promt, and user chose options

3. If user not chose options, play menu options again.

How to make, if user not chose menu options call transfer to hunt group, with out plang menu promt?

Hi,

add

param menu-timeout 0

This will send the call to the ephone hunt with the highest number.

Not working.

Param menu-timeout don't have option 0.

" param menu-timeout 6

"! The default value of this parameter is 4. Range is 1  10."

Interesting.

Where did you get that text about the range being 1 to 10?

In the app-b-acd-2.1.2.3-ReadMe.txt and script:

------------------------------------------------------------------------------

# CLI: menu-timeout (1 - 10) default 3

set result [init_cfgAvPair menu-timeout 3 1 10]

switch $result {

{invalid type} {

puts -nonewline "TCL AA: -- ERROR: Optional parameter menu-timeout $result"

set configFail 1

call close

}

{does not exist} {

set CLI(menu-timeout) "NONE"

}

default {

puts -nonewline "TCL AA: -- Valid optional parameter menu-timeout\

= $CLI(menu-timeout) --"

I see. Kind of old.

I was using the version built into CME 7.0(1).

I am afraid you are using an old version, which is - as we can see - quite limited.

Wait a second. You said its a 29XX router. Why are you using this old B-ACD?

I change script

set result [init_cfgAvPair menu-timeout 3 1 10]

on

set result [init_cfgAvPair menu-timeout 3 0 10]

and everything works fine

Thx

... or, you can just use the built-in script.

Anyway, if you like to tcl, then it's fine.
