Cisco CAD Customization

Hello,


I have a requrement from customer..

In CAD, at the left bottom corner, it shows agent name, extention and the status (Ready/Not Ready/ Talking) and for how long we are on the status.

I have configured some set of Not Ready reason codes however, if agent choose any one of reason code in botton corner it shows only Not Ready status

is there any way to change it to status + reason code

eg-  Not Ready (Break) , Not Ready(Outbound call)

I have attached screen shot as well .. Please let if this is possible or not

Hello,

This is something which can probably be done via custom design or by involving a third party.

However the way its designed is the way its functioning as expected, so you might have to do some custom work to have this look that way, let me know if this helps
