Hi,
We have upgraded from IPCC to Cisco CCX. 7.0(1)SR05_Build504. When i run report
Contact Service Queue Service Level Priority Summary Report the Service level is set to 5 Seconds. How can i change this to 20 Seconds.
I have searched around and found that i need to channge
CSQ.serviceLevel.
how and where do i change this and what is the impact.

Change this under the CSQ settings (appadmin).

Hello David,
As it was mentioned before the SLA can be change under the CSQ (Subsystems->RmCM->Contact Service Queues) configuration. you can find more information of how to do that in the UCCX admin guide:
