We have Cisco CIM 9.0.1 installed currently and I'm just going through checking out what all the options are at the moment.
Just wondering if anyone knows if/how cobrowsing works in this version? I've managed to get the MeadCo Security Manager plugin installed on both the agent and customer machines, I have the CoBrowse license attached to the agent, but when I go and "Start CoBrowse", it pushes out the page to the customer, and the agent is left with a blank new page with Cobrowse by eGain. I have a URL bar at the top which doesnt actually do anything, and same for the back, forward and refresh buttons. Does CIM 9.X actually support cobrowsing or just web page pushing??
Secondly, I know at the end of the chat the customer can fill out the 3 question survey and send it back. Does anyone know where to find the results? I'm assuming I can delve into the database, but I was wondering whether there was a link for either a supervisor or an agent to access the chat survey results. I've looked under Cases, Activities, Supervision, Reports and can't seem to find anything unfortunately. I've also done quick searches through all the PDF docs to no avail.
It doesn't look like that bug ID is addressed in any of the releases (including 9.0.2) unfortunately. Not sure if its the issue I'm running into or not but I'm assuming no one else is actually using "Cobrowse" as it appears that bug has been around since release 4.3.
