Cisco Collaboration Server: ARM down :-((

I have been trying to install Cisco Collaboration Server with Media Blender integrated with Cisco ICM 7.0. At last, all connections are up except ARM on CCS and there are errors on CG about "ARM open failed" while on Media Blender ARM is up and running. Like ever, Cisco Troubleshooting guide contain solution of all problems except this one ;-).

Try this:

Synchronize the application keys with the following procedure:

Collaboration Server -

Go to Server Setup -> Show -> view/change -> and set the application key

ICM AW -

Open Configuration Manager -> Application -> Application Instance List. Open the Collaboration linkand change the application key.

Then restart the IIS Admin service on the Collaboration server.
