Cisco contact center management Portal login Issue.

Hi ,

I am currently using CCMP 8.5 and have issues loging in to the CCMP Portal with the administrator account. I am sure that the credentials used for login is correct but it is always giving me invalid credentials error. Please let me know how to create new adminsitrator account or change the existing one. Any help is appreciated.

If you are trying to login

If you are trying to login first time, leave password empty and enter. It will ask you to set a new password.
Hope it will be helpful for you. Let me know if it worked for you.
