I have 2 question releated to CCX High Availability Add to Cluster Setup

1.When adding the CCX subscriber to cluster the number of CTI ports doubles and creates a new application user in CM jtapi_2 . It is normal and why it doubles the CTI ports?

2.I was expecting that the licenses to be automatic uploaded to subscriber after add to cluster setup but it does not and i had to uploded manual . It has to be uploaded manual?

1.) it automagically creates the second subscribers CTI ports, because they are both registered at the sametime.

2.) you should not upload a license at all to the subscriber, its unnecessary and may even break things..
