Cisco CRM Connector for MS Dynamics / IPCC Enterprise
I was reading through some Cisco manuals and getting some information about the Cisco CRM connector for Microsoft Dynamics. I was reading that this Cisco CRM connector was only for use with Cisco IPCC Express and it did not mention anything about the connedtor working or being supported in a Cisco IPCC Enterprise environment utilizing Cisco Agent Desktop. Does anyone know if the crm connector works or will work in the IPCC Enterprise environment?
