Hi,
Did anyone install or configure the Cisco CRM Connector? It's a connector that integrates Cisco Callmanager and IPCC Express with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Hi,
I wanted to know the benefits of the integration with IPCC Express.
With Callmanager, we have the 'click-to-dial' function that generates a popup window for a new call activity. But with IPCC Express I exactly followed the procedure for the integration described in the Cisco docs but I didn't get any result.
Could someone help me?

Depending on how many folks you are trying to install this for you might want to look at an application from Netelligent called Interact. Very scalable with several customer intelligence features.
