I've been unable to locate the link to the CTI Compatibility Matrix. Not sure if has been removed indefinitely or location changed. Can someone please direct me to an updated version?

The CTI compatibility spreadsheet has indeed been pulled from cisco.com, all CTI compatibility information is now available in the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (Unified CCE) Software Compatibility Guide available on the below link:
