Cisco CTI Manager event log error

I've been getting this error for some time now on both of my Call Managers. I can't find any information about it via google or cisco.com. Does anyone know what causes this?

The following link contains a bug that may be related. Please verify the versions of ccm that it references and let me know if it is a match.

Oh, nice article. Wrong version though. I'm running 4.1(3). The article covers 3.1a.
