Cisco CTIOS agent desktop message

My customer use CTIOS agent desktop softphone (5.1).

When I try to dial a skill that are no longer there, it will pop up with a CTI warning window says " IPCC Error (10144) No Agent (or supervisor) is available to take your call".

Is that any way I can change above warning message in the pop up CTI warning window and customized for my customer?

I have experienced the same problem. I am unable to find a way to change the message. Hopefully someone on here does!!
