Cisco desktop agent is logging agents out randomly
Cisco Desktop Agent is logging out agents randomly. Agents have to log back in. I checked my switches and did not see anything wrong with them. I'm wondering if there is anyone who has experienced this issue before. Please, if so I need your help.

Sorry I'm new to the IPCC. Can you please tell me how I check the configuration to make sure it is not duplicated. As far as I know, I think there is no duplicate configuration. However, I will doublecheck it if you can give me a hint.
