Cisco Desktop VoIP Monitor Service fail to start

Hi everybody, I have some problem with the activation of the Cisco VoIP Monitor service and record service from IPCX 4.0 Prenium. See the log detail below. Someone have a idea of the solution ?

Is it both Monitoring & Recording Services or only one of them is not starting

Does these two services are runnign on a differnt box than the CAD services or it is on the same box.

Can you paste the debugs from the logs directory for VoIP monitoring server
