It either really works or it really does not. I have a few clients who have eMail Manager and there are constant issues. I am not saying to not get it, but be prepared to have many nights of upgrading ES's and SR's. This seems to be Cisco's resolution to every eMail Manage rissue. They just code something for you and ask you to implement it.
