Our customer have a UCCE 8.5(4), The "problem" that we enccountered is that with Cisco Finesse Desktop agents can log in with their ID and Passwords on differents computers at the same time and no error appear that there is an open session.

Are there someone that have Cisco Finesse 9.0(1) or 9.1(1) installed? Could you help me to know if this behavior still on this versions or if this is a admin issue and we need to avoid that agents do it?
