What sort of Session timeout? Is that for agents? The default is 30 minutes.
When the agent is logged out automatically, the default is to pull any pending activities back into the system for requeing. That's called "autopushback" and the setting is under the department settings - "Expiry time for autopushback". Default is 30 mins.
I think the logout timer is the department setting under subtype Security called "Inactive time out" in seconds - default 1800 secs. Cannot be reset at a lower level.
