Hi,
We have IP IVR 8.x with 100 ports integrated with CUCM 8.x & ICM 8.x.I want to monitor how much ports(of 100) are used during peak hours ie want to monitor port utilization during peak hours atleast for a week. How can i achieve this?

For real time you could look at the Real Time Reporting page and go to Overall UCCX report. I'm sure there's a way to get this information in RTMT, but I would have to poke around to find it.

Your best bet is to try this.

http://dmacias.org/2013/04/01/determine-busy-hour-from-ucce-tcd/) using that same post. This should get you pretty close to the number you're looking for, however if you ask your voice provider to give you counts on your toll free numbers to validate, then you will have exact numbers.
