Cisco IPCC - Using DB Stored Procedures


I'm currently developing some reports using sql queries.

I'dd like to get login and not ready time for agents per CSQ.

I'm invoking the stored procedures dbo.sp_agent_state_interval. I'm passing the start date, end date and skill (Each CSQ has only one skill associated).

My problem is the following:

I've called once for CSQ1 and then for CSQ2. The Agent1 has the skills Skill1 and Skill2 (so he answered both calls).

When I'm calling the stored procedure passing the Skill1 as argument, it returns some data; if I pass Skill2 as argument, it returns nothing.

Am I doing somethin wrong? How is this supposed to work?

I'd like to see the login time, not ready time and talk time per CSQ. So I'm invoking this per Skill (since a CSQ has only one skill and each skill is associated only with one CSQ).

Any help will be good!
