Hi all
I have a quick question, we recently ordered a HA server for our UCCX enviroment, the server came in yesterday and one of the engineers took it and is trying to use it as a lab server for voice and he is trying to install CM on it. He keeps getting stuck and the DVD won't load, correct me if I'm wrong but is the server configured just to run a UCCX DVD or will it run any UC software.Thanks in advance for any help and have a great day.

7825-I5 is supported for installing CUCM 8.5 & 8.6 only, not for any lower versions. Search for " 7825-I5 " here http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/voicesw/ps6790/ps5748/ps378/prod_brochure0900aecd8062a4f9.html

Please how much user support MCS 7825 - I5 (MCS7825I5-K9-CMD3A) to CUCM 8.6 per server.???
