Hi
We have installed Cisco MediaSense in our Lab , I can log into Serviciability page of MediaSense and activated all the required services(N/w and Feature services) but when tried to log into Media Sense Administration page getting Error message: Unable to log as Config Service is down even after activation of Config service and system reboot.
Any ideas how to fix this issue ?
