Hi all,

I am using Cisco UCCE version 10.0 with IP IVR solution (no CVP). I am configuring MRPG, Translation Route...but not work. The outbound call is made to the customer. When the customer answers , the call is ended. Output log in rtr:

14:31:18:140 ra-rtr Trace: (9 x 0 : 0 0) NewCall: CID=(152225,125863), DN=0260, ANI=0912400341, CED=, RCID=5009, MRDID=1, CallAtVRU=1, OpCode=0
14:31:18:140 ra-rtr No peripheral targets for translation route Hanoi_IVR1_PRI_TR have a valid label for dialed number HANDLR1.0260 (ID 5060) from routing client HANDLR1 (ID 5009).
14:31:18:140 ra-rtr Trace: (9 x 0 : 0 0) No peripheral targets for translation route Hanoi_IVR1_PRI_TR have a valid label for dialed number HANDLR1.0260 (ID 5060) from routing client HANDLR1 (ID 5009).
14:31:18:141 ra-rtr Trace: (9 x 0 : 0 0) Deleting Dialog.

Some attached configuration.

Any advices for me?

Thanks,

Thuc

couple of points.

did you assigned type 2 VRU to the DIALER PERIPHERAL? is post routing enabled there?

is it SIP or SCCP Dialer? in dialer logs do you label 3609?

Is Target PG HANCCMPG1 is generic PG which also has IVR peripherals?

Hi

I am usin SIP dialer and already assigned to VRU type 2. Pls see the attached screen. Output Dialer log:

Thanks,

Thuc

Hi there, can you please answer the other questions i have asked?

adding to those question, do you also have trukk groups configured for IVR for new-call and pre-routed call?

also please dont copy paste the logs as its gonna stretch the thread un neccessarily, it good to attach them as file.

Hi ,

I am sorry about log paste...

Yes, I have one trunk group for IP IVR.

No need to be sorry man, you havent done anything wrong. it was just my suggestion for better handling this thread.

Can you please answer below which i have asked previously:

1) The Target PG (HANCCMPG) what you have for the translation Routing, is it generic PG having your IVR peripherals? or your IVRs on different PG?

2)  can you make sure the peripheral number 100 on Network trunk group matches with the call control group id on IVRs?

3)  Can you also paste the screen shot of the translation route to IVR script?

Hi

1, Yes, it is generic PG with IVR PIM and CCM PIM.

2, IVR NTG is working for inbound calls. The peripheral number is ok.

3, Pls see the attachment.

Thanks

Thuc

do you have type 2 VRU assigned to the IVR PIMs also?

try changing label/dnis pair fro 3609 to something else.

Try restarting DIALER and GENERIC PG, there might be configurations which would not have delivered to them.

your config looks correct but there something in system which stopping the successful translation route. i have exhausted my tries and i need to look into the system with some remote session to get an idea.

and also check your script and make sure we are usig the correct Service and Translation Route Nodes config, becuase everything else i asked looks correct from the system config.
