Cisco OUTD

Hi,

We have ICM 7.2.4 with cisco OUTD implemented.Router,logger(With campaign Manager) are located centrally and agent and MRPG's are connected with 10MB WAN link.

The problem we are facing is whenever we set callback its workibg intermittently.

Can somebody help in this .

You should not use a route select node or a service node in an outbound routing script to select an agent. If the queue to agent node fails, it should not fall back to the Route select node, thereby selecting another agent. When the dialer sends a personal callback MR request to the router, it expects to see the agent whom it requested returned to it. If another agent is returned, this will cause a problem with the personal callback mode.
