Hi there,
We're getting ready to deploy Cisco Quality Manager 2.73 (which I think is the latest). According to the doc, the only OS it supports is Windows 2003 SP2. Does anyone know if it supports later service packs, or even 2003 R2?
Windows 2008 would be even better, but I imagine that might be too drastic of a change. But I'm at least hoping we can apply more recent service packs
Thanks
Bill

Your answer is in the documentation:
For the quick glance users: Windows 2003 Server Service Pack 2; 5 Client Access Licenses (CAL)
Also, according to the VOD on Calabrio's site, you can even use the Cisco IPT OS media too.
EDIT: I just confirmed that Calabrio has correct the statement that you can use the Cisco media, YOU CAN NOT.
