Hello,
we have seen that since recently, Cisco Supervisor Desktop 8.5 is no longer resetting it's statistics at midnight. This means that in the meantime, agents have been logged in for 200+ hours.
I found in a forum that the Rascal server/service needs to be restarted. But can anybody tell me how to do this, and also what the exact function of Rascal is ?
Thanks in advance,
Stefaan

Rascal? mmmm not sure about it,
Can you try rebooting Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics Service & CCX Engine first? (for all the nodes in the cluster)
Go to CCX Serviceability -> Tools -> Control Center - Network Services
NOTE: CCX Engine must be restarted during after hours!

Hello Rolando,
restarting the Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics Service did the trick. Thanks for the suggestion.
