Cisco Supervisor Desktop Cannot Play Recording

Hi Experts,

I have  a working Contact Center Network for more than a year, until few days ago the Supervisor Playing of Recording stopped working.

The error is "No Record Found for that Day"....any day actually.

But we can see the recording (raw) in the server.

I used the PostInstall.exe but the problem still exist.

Is this some kind of bug? any fix? I prefer not to use a 3rd party software just to play the recording (if any).

Any ideas gents?

I forgot to mention...I'm using UCCX version 7.0.1
