Cisco Supervisor Desktop dont show queue

i add new configuration to ccx script every thing is ok but nothing appearsin queue

Cisco Supervisor Desktop dont show queue

In UCCX AppAdmin, under Teams, you have to assign one or more CSQ's to the team.  Have you done that?  Can you provide a screenshot to confirm it?  If you have done it, then perhaps you could reboot the UCCX server as a troubleshooting step?  There is a more specific service you can restart, but I'm drawing a blank at the moment.  I bet it starts with "Cisco Desktop".  So if you wanted to avoid a complete server reboot, you could restart all of the "Cisco Desktop" services.  I'll try to post back the name of the service.  I think it's something like "Cisco Desktop Recording and Statistics" but I could be wrong.
