I have installed CAD on my laptop an am able to log into the agent desktop.
Also I have installed the supervisor desktop, when I log in with my AD UID and password, i receive an "invalid password and or user ID"
I have double checked my user settings on IPCC (v5) and I have the agent, supervisor and administrator capabilities set against my UID.
any ideas?

The default password to supervior desktop is the same as the username, try that and let us know.

I have just tried that,
still invalid UID/PW.
what is it authenticating against?

in addition to this, I have just check with the supervisors at out call center; they are still able to log in.

Follow these steps
1)login to Cisco Desktop Administrator
2)personnel Configuration
3)supervisors
4)supervisor properties
change the password and then try logging supervisor desktop.
