Cisco UCCX 8.0.2 doest not have UCCX app administrator password

Hi,

Can someone help me on this, customer forgot the UCCX application administrator username and password. but they have Platform username and password. is it possible to reset the application administrator user name and password.

I have tried below troubleshooting,

   "utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name"

   "utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password"

I have reset to the application administrator name and password. but this username is not accepting to login the Cisco unified CCX Administrator page. it gives "AXL authentication failed. Please try again".
