Cisco UCCX 9.x Agent Email

Hi ,

I want to add hyperlinks to the agent e-mail templates in Cisco UCCX but unfortunately what I see that it is only plain text template is there anyway to get around that.

I just want to change the fonts and add hyper links

You are correct that the templates are in plain text. 

The actual response that contains the contains the templates text isn’t, and as such there may be a way to work around this by writing the html code in the plain text template.  However, this hasn't been tested and so it might not work.  Is this something you tried?
