Cisco Unified CallConnector for microsoft Dynamics

Hi,

we have installed Microsoft Dynamics and already have Cisco Call manager and cisco IPCC Premium edition. All agents with the desktop application on the local machine have access to Dynamics via terminal servers therefore is it possible to have both the server and client CallConnector application running on the asame machine?

Hi Darren,

the product data sheet is available here:

As far as I understand it there is a TAPI connection for the server and the clients connect via XML, I hardly see any Terminal Services or Thin client support on this.

If you have a specific business case I would suggest contacting your local Cisco Sales rep to ge tthe product manager involved on the discussion.
