Cisco Unified CCX Alarm Service keeps stopping

Has anyone had an issue with this service stopping? Are there specific post-install steps should be configured for the Alarm Service? We are not using Cisco Works but these servers are being managed by a vendor and they use NetIQ. Running 7.0(1) SR3 with HA

The System Event logs show that the Alarm Service stopped at 3:58:14AM.

8/14/2009 3:58:14 AM Service Control Manager Error None 7034 N/A SR-UCCX-001 The Cisco Unified CCX Alarm Service service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 3 time(s).

The Alarm Service logs show that 5 seconds before that it sent an alarm message about someone exiting the CRS Editor.

[2009-08-14 03:58:09]**** Sending Syslog Message: <188> 823: Aug 14 03:58:09.655 EDT: %MCVD-CVD-4-SERVICE_CHANGE_STATE: Service change state; nodeId=1; name=CRS Editor; state=SHUTDOWN

Then, 22 seconds after the Alarm Service stopped, a series of errors are seen in the Application Event logs regarding the CAD Email integration.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Warning None 3 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS3002 No Email CSQs were loaded, check configuration.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Information None 2 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS0012 The EEM Service side has been set to: <A>.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Information None 2 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS0013 The Java Email Manager process has been started. processId=<8808>.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Information None 2 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS0016 Connection to JavaEmailManager has been dropped.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Information None 2 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS0014 The Java Email Manager process has been stopped.

8/14/2009 3:58:36 AM EEMServer Error None 4 N/A SR-UCCX-001 EEMS2005 Error communicating with the java service, attempting to recover.

Curious if you've come across this issue before and found a resolution. Thanks.

You may be running into an incompatibility with VNC.  Please see Bug CSCsz46063
